Windows makes it simple and user-friendly for anyone to optimize their PC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are a few ways to start speeding up your slow PC:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Free up some space.<\/strong> One of the reasons your computer might be slow is that it\u2019s running out of storage. If you\u2019ve been using your PC for a long time, you probably have a lot of files that you don\u2019t need anymore. Start by checking your \u201cDownloads\u201d folder and deleting anything you don\u2019t want to keep. You can also move some of your files to an external drive or cloud storage. This way, you can save space on your PC and also have a backup of your important files in case something goes wrong. Instead, you can use the Sleep option instead of Shut down, but make sure to restart your PC every few days.
